1. Overview

PokerEdge Drill ("we", "our", "the app") is a GTO poker training application for Android. This Privacy Policy explains what data is collected when you use the app, how it is used, and your rights.

By downloading or using PokerEdge Drill, you agree to this Privacy Policy.

2. Data We Collect

Data we do NOT collect

• Name, email address, or any account information
• Location data
• Phone number or contacts
• Photos, camera, or microphone
• Any data transmitted to our servers (we have none)

Data stored locally on your device

All game data is stored exclusively on your device using the browser's localStorage API inside our WebView:

This data never leaves your device. Uninstalling the app deletes all of it.

Data collected by third-party SDKs

Google AdMob (our advertising partner) may collect the following on our behalf:

• Advertising ID (GAID) — used for ad targeting and frequency capping
• IP address — used for approximate geolocation (country/region level)
• Device information — OS version, device model, screen size
• Ad interaction data — which ads were shown and clicked

3. Advertising (Google AdMob)

PokerEdge Drill displays two types of advertisements:

• Interstitial ads — full-screen ads shown every 20 hands
• Rewarded ads — optional ads you watch to receive a hint

Ads are served by Google AdMob. Google may use your Advertising ID to show personalized ads based on your interests and prior app/web activity.

Opt out of personalized ads

You can opt out of interest-based advertising at any time:

• Android: Settings → Google → Ads → "Opt out of Ads Personalization"
• Google's ad settings: adssettings.google.com

For EU users, a consent dialog (GDPR UMP) will appear on first launch asking for your permission before any personalized ads are shown.

Remove ads entirely

You can permanently remove all ads with a one-time in-app purchase ($2.99). After purchase, no advertising SDKs will show ads in the app.

4. In-App Purchases

PokerEdge Drill offers one in-app purchase: Remove Ads ($2.99), a one-time non-consumable purchase.

All purchases are processed by Google Play Billing. We do not collect or store your payment information. Your purchase is tied to your Google account and can be restored if you reinstall the app.

5. Local Storage & Data Retention

Game data is stored using Android WebView localStorage — a browser-like storage mechanism that keeps data on your device only.

Data retention: Data is kept until you:

• Uninstall the app
• Clear app data in Android Settings
• Use the "Reset Statistics" button within the app

We have no ability to access, modify, or delete data stored on your device.

6. Children's Privacy

PokerEdge Drill is intended for users aged 18 years and older due to poker/gambling themes. The app is rated for adults in the Google Play content rating system.

We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If you believe your child has provided information through this app, please contact us and we will take appropriate steps.

Advertising is configured as non-child-directed in AdMob settings.

7. GDPR — EU / EEA Users

If you are located in the European Union or European Economic Area, you have the following rights under the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR):

• Right to access — request information about data collected about you
• Right to erasure — request deletion of your data
• Right to object — object to processing of your data for advertising
• Right to restrict processing — request limitation of how your data is processed
• Right to data portability — receive your data in a portable format

Since we do not store personal data on our servers, most GDPR requests relate to AdMob data. For such requests, contact Google directly at policies.google.com/privacy.

Legal basis for processing: Legitimate interest (app analytics, crash reporting) and Consent (personalized advertising).

8. CCPA — California Residents

Under the California Consumer Privacy Act (CCPA), California residents have the right to:

• Know what personal information is collected
• Know whether personal information is sold or disclosed
• Opt out of the sale of personal information
• Access their personal information
• Not be discriminated against for exercising CCPA rights

We do not sell personal information. Advertising data shared with Google AdMob may be considered "sharing" under CCPA. To opt out, use Android's "Opt out of Ads Personalization" setting.

9. Third-Party Services

We have no control over the data practices of these third parties. Please review their respective Privacy Policies.

10. Changes to This Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. When we do, we will update the "Last updated" date at the top of this page. For significant changes, we will notify users through an in-app notice.

Continued use of the app after policy changes constitutes acceptance of the updated policy.
